Service Description

During the headshot session we will utilize different color backdrops and walk through different forms of facial expressions to capture the tone that you want for your photos. You may bring as many outfits as you like. My pricing is simple: a headshot session in the studio is $275. There's no time limit! We can take as much time as you need to make sure you get the perfect headshot. The session moves at a pace that is comfortable for you and is done when you are done. Each final image is $100, with no minimum, and all final images will be professionally retouched. At the end of the session we’ll review the images together. This is when you will choose your images for purchase. Purchased images will be meticulously retouched to strike a balance between perfection and realism; these images will be delivered digitally via e-mail in high resolution. Furnished Images will be delivered after 3-4 Business Days days of your proof selection.

Cancellation Policy

Shoots changed and cancelled by you ​ Shoot reservations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the session. Re-booking is required after second rescheduling. For weather cancellations, you will receive communication to let you know your session needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. The photographer has the final decision on if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather. If your session is rescheduled due to weather, you will receive an email with a list of date options to reschedule. Reservations cancelled by client must be rescheduled within 6 months of cancelling the appointment. Failure to set an agreed upon date will result in forfeiting booking fee. Warped Vision Photography first concern is for the health and safety of our customers, photographers, and team. We encourage you to stay informed with facts from authorized health authorities and travel safely. ​ Shoots changed and cancelled by Warped Vision Photography ​ 1. We will make every reasonable effort to provide the services in accordance with the descriptions provided on our website. Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your booking or cancel confirmed bookings, we reserve the right to do so should it become necessary or advisable. If we must cancel your booking, we will either provide you with a credit that you may use towards another booking or a full refund at our discretion. ​
