Where Are You Located?
Warped Vision Photography is based out of Tampa Florida. For in studio photography, you will be given the exact address upon booking. The studio space is within ten minutes of Hardrock Casino.
Do you travel?
Yes! Any shoot outside of the Tampa, FL area will be subject to a travel fee. The travel fee varies based on the location and needs of the shoot. Email Studio@warpedvision.org with the location and the shoot you have in mind to learn more.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, deposits secure your booking and will be included in the final cost of your shoot. For all portrait and video packages, the deposit is 50% of the cost of the package. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
When will i receive my photos/video after the shoot?
Each shoot is different and thus turn around time will be as well. Portrait sessions should be sent out within three to five days of the shoot, videos will have a one to two weeks turnaround.
Will i receive all photos from the shoot?
No, during a shoot it is easy to accumulate hundreds of photos. Some may be duplicates, test shots, shots that are out of focus, or “bloopers” (i.e. closed eyes, weird facial expressions, etc.). We eliminate those photos and send the best quality photos that truly capture your shoot. The number of photos sent will depend on your package.
Do you edit/retouch photos?
Yes. Photo retouching is a part of all of our photo packages. This includes color corrections, exposure adjustments, clarity adjustments and more. All final photos that are delivered will go through photo retouching to eliminate any photography flaws. Final portrait photos will also include the removal of blemishes, fly-away hairs, and any skin imperfections.
How will i receive my photos/videos?
All photos will be delivered through a personalized online gallery where you can view, download, share and order digital prints.
What if i'm late to my appointment?
If you arrive late for your session, any time that has passed from your original start time will be forfeited, and you may shoot for the remainder of the time you have booked. The number of photos delivered may be adjusted to reflect the actual time spent together. Often our photographers are booked with other shoots directly after yours; however, you may add additional time if the photographer is free. Add-on time is charged at a rate of $150 USD per 30 mins.
How far in advance should i book my session?
The sooner, the better! Bookings tend to go quickly the closer we get to specific dates. Booking in advance will ensure you get the time and date that works best for you. We occasionally have last minute spots available, so don’t hesitate to send us a message to find out!
What should i bring to a portrait session?
Anything you would like to include in your shoot! Specific outfits and any props are all welcomed to help bring your vision to life. Let us know during booking and we will help you as best we can.
Do you have props or different backdrops?
For our indoor portrait sessions, we have backdrops and props available to use. If you need specific props or any special accommodations, please let us know, and we will assist you as much as we can. We also encourage you to bring your own props as well.
What if there is bad weather on the day of our outdoor session?
Bad weather will affect the quality of your outdoor shoot. We will work with you to reschedule your session at the next best available date.
