Curtis Hixon Park, Tampa's Best Spot for Photos.

Today we are showcasing Curtis Hixon Park, located at 600 N Ashley Dr, Tampa, FL 33602.

Curtis Hixon Park is the newest event area in Tampa. There is typically festivals and events held here every month or so. At times the park can get decently busy, from skate boarders riding down the ramp, to children playing in the playground area.

Fortunately the park is big enough that you can utilize plenty of spots to take photos. Some of the hotspots include the river walk area where you can view University of Tampa in the background, the amphitheater, which has beautiful white staircases and a hallway (great court for family or couple photos!) and of course the green open field has plenty of space in which you can live your imagination and make your shoot come alive!

Curtis Hixon Park is probably my most requested areas to take photos and I highly recommend, especially for larger size families. I advise that you schedule your session either early in the morning, if that is not a good time the evening time before sunset could work as well. I choose these times as there are less people at the park around this time.
