How often should I do my team's headshots?

A client recently asked me how often should they get headshots done for their team.

In short, I told them they should mimic a school photo schedule. While in school (K-12) we take photos annually. Team headshots should be done yearly because.

1. People looks will change drastically in a year.

2. It marks who is still within a company within a years time. (Its a form of achievement).

3. You're employees will love you for it because they will have photos that they can share with their friends and family that is not only up to date but is a nice photo that isn't from the wedding they went to 3 years ago.

4. It brings your team closer, a team that looks as one, acts as one.
