Last week, my assistant and I traveled to Jacksonville to photograph the Coleman Talley team.

I originally photographed them two years ago, and they became one of my favorite examples of how great team headshots can look when everyone understands the assignment.

This time was no different.

Every person showed up with the right attitude and outfits that felt professional without losing their personality. The session was full of laughs, bad jokes, and some of the easiest expressions I’ve ever photographed.

Before leaving Jacksonville, I had to give the entire team their flowers.
